This morning Bubba decided to inspect his eggs. He was sniffing them! At the risk of him sucking them up his nose I asked him to do it again for the camera. He thinks he's pretty funny. I love that he's eating more solids now because it is so much fun watching him and his sister interact over breakfast. I'll let the videos explain the rest...
Oh and Adelaide and I got into a yes/no match half way through this video. This is her new favorite game...

I don't know you and vice-versy...so I hope you don't get freaked out on my commenting/asking a question on your blog. I "googled" the hot jam method and a comment you made came up in my search. I just learned this method from a friend and made some strawberry jam. In the recipe it says to leave 1/8 inch leftover at the top, so I did. But flipping the jar upside down brings that air left at the top to the bottom of the jar...Is that safe to have air in the jar?... -Kimberlee

Hello, Stranger, once again. Thank you for your consolation on the air pocket. I emailed my friend who taught me the method and she got back to me today and said that it was because my jam was so set up. So both of you have left me more confident with this new skill of mine.
I thought when you said "hot jam method" that you meant pouring the boiling jam in to a jar and flipping it upside down...but sounds like you didn't...I wonder what you meant.
Oh well. Thank you and from one mother and wife to another, keep up the good work! You seem like a great mother, wife and friend.
