I'm Bloggin' A Bargin
Living in a small town means putting up with a podunk mall. However, I have discovered that shopping in a mall where there are fever shoppers per square foot, compared to say the Arden Fair Mall in Sacramento, has its advantages. This past Friday I made my normal rounds of checking the clearance racks at our Gap & Gap Kids. Much to my delight I found the children's racks to be dripping with sales of which the likes have yet to be seen. I was able to purchase a whole Spring wardrobe for Adelaide and not feel a twinge of the slightest pinch in my pocketbook. In all I purchased some $280 worth of clothing for pennies less than $60. Sixty dollars! I was shocked when I added up the savings. I was also shocked at some of the regular prices I found on the tags. A pair of 18-24mos. capri jeans with a belt-$29.50!! I paid $4.48. My Dad would be so proud. I finished up my purchases at the Gap and made my way over to Victoria's Secret where I, once again, struck gold. Twenty minutes later I walked out with over $245 worth of various "nighttime apparel" having spent less than $70. I love sales!!
